If you've ever seen a sleek, European sedan with that oh-so-low street stance and a bulging wheel/ tire combo that just barely tucked under the wheel wells, chances are that car was fitted with H&R TRAK+ wheel spacers. TRAK+ wheel spacers move the wheel out from the hub, effectively widening the stance of the vehicle and lowering its roll center. TRAK+ wheel spacers are made from a proprietary aluminum/magnesium alloy which is not only incredibly strong, but also very light weight (up to 70% lighter than a comparable steel product). DRS SERIES
10 - 40 mm track widening
This spacer is fitted between the wheel and hub, exchanging the existing wheel studs for longer ones. The wheels are then fitted to the hub/spacer with the existing wheel nuts. |

Note: All DR Systems require longer wheel bolts. Please use the diagram below to determine if your stock wheel bolts are Taper or Ball style and measure the length "A". |

Note: All DRA, DRM and DRS kits come complete with all necessary wheel bolts, studs and nuts. These will be used in connection with the existing parts fitted to the vehicle. DRS kit requires the new studs to be pressed into the hubs of the vehicle. |

The outside diameter of the tire sidewall is usually the widest point of your tire and wheel combination. Place a straight edge flush with the face of the tire, and using a ruler measure from the straight edge to the inside lip of the fender as shown in the diagram. |

Notes: 15mm is usually the "thinnest" spacer that allows a "centric hub" to be built into the spacer. To verify that your wheels will still contact the OEM centric hub, measure the OEM centric hub, subtract the thickness of the spacer, and subtract the depth of the beveled area on your wheel. If you get a negative number, your wheels will only be held in place by the wheel bolts, or wheel studs and some vibration may be noticed.
Example 1: 15mm OEM centric hub - 10mm spacer - 5mm bevel= 0mm of area for the wheel to contact the OEM hub.
Example 2: 15mm OEM centric hub- 5mm spacer - 3mm bevel = 7mm of contact area between the wheel and the OEM hub. |

Notes:
3) All DRSystems require longer wheel bolts. These must be purchased separately.
11) The holding clamp/bolt in the brake disc/drum must be removed if the H&Rspacer shows no relief. The spacer must always fit flush with the hub.
12) These vehicles have different shoulder diameters in the studs depending on model and axle. The DRS installation information must be clearly followed.
24) If the hub face of your vehicle is 150mm (most vehicles have 135mm hub face), alternative spacers are available. Please see list below.
