Company Profile:

- February 2002: LPI Racing became official.

- LPI Racing is continuously designing and testing new products that you will see on our product listings. If you are a dealer or installer, please contact us for wholesale pricing information on LPI Racing products.

- The goal of LPI Racing is to provide One-Stop shopping for the performance and sports car enthusiast who takes their car to the track.

- LPI Racing offers the best quality safety components, suspension components and brake components in addition to the miscellaneous items that make a track day more enjoyable.

- LPI Racing is continuously making additions to the products offered in order to better serve the customer.

- LPI Racing also offers kits or packages on certain products to better serve their customers. These kits or packages may be assembled with a combination of products from different manufactures to optimize the performance for a given application.

- LPI Racing Uses the products we sell on our 2 Road Race Cars. One is a '95 Cobra R Mustang and the other is a '99 C5 Corvette Coupe Pictured below.

E-Mail & Fax:

- Using e-mail is fine for an inquiry regarding availability of a product. However due to the amount of daily e-mails and the restrictions of anti-virus/spam software, we can usually provide faster and more detailed information via phone. We do try to answer each e-mail received in a timely manner.

- When placing an order, we will ask for your e-mail address. This is not required information. We use it for sending shipment tracking notification and credit card processing notification. We are completely against spam.

- If you would like a copy of your Sales Receipt faxed to you, please provide your fax number at the time the order is placed. We will not use your fax number for any purpose other than as requested by you as our customer.

Placing Orders:

- Orders are only taken in person or by phone. We do not accept or recommend sending credit card information via e-mail or by fax.

- Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted credit cards.

- Credit Card purchases are processed by Authorize.net. We will ask for your e-mail address so Authorize.net can send you a credit card purchase confirmation. Print and retain this information for your records. (Your credit card number will not be on the e-mail for security purposes and to maintain federal regulations compliance)

- All prices are subject to change. LPI Racing is not responsible for typographical errors on their website, e-mails or any printed publications.

- We continually update our pricing on the website, but delays between notification of price changes from our suppliers and programming the changes to the website may cause inaccurate prices. So please verify pricing when placing your order.

- It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the purchase price at the time of sale.

- Sales Tax is charged to California residents.

Order Cancellations:

- All sales are considered final when the order is placed.

- Canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price of the items canceled.

- The Customer may be held accountable for inbound freight charges for the cancellation of items ordered that are not in stock at LPI Racing at the time of the order in addition to the restocking fee stated above.

Shipping Policy

- LPI Racing's standard shipping is UPS Ground. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select may be requested and additional charges will be paid by the purchaser. - LPI Racing does not ship COD.

- Large items that ship via truck, ship freight collect.

- When receiving items purchased from LPI Racing inspect all packages for damage immediately and inform the delivery agent. All packages are shipped from LPI Racing in good condition. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the delivery agent of any claim for mishandled packages that receive damage during shipping. LPI Racing does not have any control of the delivery once the package is received by the delivery agent.

- When receiving items purchased from LPI Racing immediately verify the contents of the package and note any errors in the order, or short shipment of parts. In the event of an error, contact LPI Racing immediately to resolve any errors in the shipment.

Refunds &Returns

- All sales are considered final when the order is placed. No items may be returned for a refund without prior approval by LPI Racing No item may be returned after 90 days from the date of purchase. No items will be accepted without a proper authorization number provided by LPI Racing All returns must be sent prepaid. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price of the return. Shipping and delivery costs are not refundable.
All returns are subject to the inspection of the item byLPI Racing. All returned items must be in resalable condition in their original sealed packaging. No items may be returned that have been installed or mishandled by the customer.

Warranty:

- Products purchased from LPI Racing are only covered by the manufacture’s warranty, and under the conditions of the manufacture’s warranty. The warranty is subject to the inspection and approval of the manufacture. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs include shipping to and from LPI Racing and include shipping costs to and from the manufacture. The manufacture may replace or repair a warranty part at their discretion.

There is no warranty on electrical items unless specified by the manufacture. Warranty does not cover negligent installation or use of a product for any purpose other than what said product is specifically designed for. No labor costs or inconvenience costs may be included in any warranty claim. All warranty returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt and must have prior approval by LPI Racing No returns will be accepted without a proper approval authorization code.

Installation of Products:

- LPI Racing sells some aftermarket products that are designed to never be used on public streets and highways.

- It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to know their local, state and federal regulations regarding the purchase and installation of aftermarket parts for their vehicle.

- It is the sole responsibility of the purchase to know the rules and regulations of the sanctioning bodies they are associated with such as NASA, SCCA, NHRA, etc......

- All products should only be installed by a qualified technician for the application required.

- The purchaser assumes all costs and risks with the installation and use of all aftermarket products purchased from LPI Racing LPI Racing nor the manufacture of the product will be held responsible or liable for injury or death due to the results of installation or use of products purchased from LPI Racing

- Racing is a dangerous sport. Please keep it on the track. LPI Racing does not approve of or encourage illegal forms of racing. Keep your streets and highways safe for all of us. For information about legal racing and open track events check out the website of your local race track facility(s). Most have a list of contacts you can call or e-mail for more information.
